Tarot in Clinical Practice: A Skills-Based Workshop Series for Healthcare Professionals
Facilitated by: Laura Domanico, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Location: Venus House, 16 Cohasset St, Boston
Workshop Dates (In-Person):
• Saturday, April 25 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday, May 9 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday, May 16 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This 3-part series is designed for healthcare practitioners seeking to integrate tarot into their clinical work. Across the sessions, participants will explore the language and symbolism of tarot and examine its ethical application in professional practice. Each session is hands-on and clinically informed, featuring interactive exercises and case studies that connect intuition with psychological insight. Enrollment is for the full series only, and no prior tarot experience is required.
This is not about predicting clients’ futures or stepping outside of ethical scope. When approached through a clinical lens, tarot can serve as a structured reflective tool. It is rich with archetypal imagery that can help clients interrupt rumination and access insight from a different angle. For some clients, especially those who are visually oriented and creatively inclined, symbolic material can open doors that traditional verbal processing may not.
Participants receive:
• Certificate of completion
• Tarot in Clinical Practice Workbook
• One 60-minute individual supervision/consultation session (during the series or within 3 months after) to support clinical application of tarot, including client case discussion and Q&A
• Priority access to future trainings
Cost: $444 total
Due to the limited group size, registration is final and non-refundable, though spots may be transferred to another professional with approval.
Open to, but not limited to: LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, Physical Therapist, Acupuncturist, Reiki Practitioner, Psychologist, Nurse/Nurse Practitioner
If this aligns with your clinical interests, I’d love to have you ✨
Please note: Venus House was created to bridge mental health and spirituality through formal training, clinical grounding, and ongoing conversations about ethics. That foundation is central to this series. Scope of practice, informed consent, client appropriateness, and risk assessment are not side notes; they are core components of the curriculum 🌷
